Xenogears, Vagrant Story and more to finally grace American PSN

Finally it feels like America is catching up with the Japanese PSN.


Long have American PS1 era RPG fans had a reason to envy the Japanese. Time after time, classic Squareenix PS1 titles were announced for Japanese PSN release, only to have American fans salvating at a potential announcement for its western audiences. And yet time after time, those hopes would die as Squareenix remained silent.

Well, now the ERSB is the one spilling the beans. And it has rekindled hope with new ERSB ratings for Xenogears, Vagrant Story and a whole host of other Squareenix titles. These titles are all rated for PS3/PSP so they are most likely downloadable classics for PSN. Like most ERSB leaks, this comes with no actual announcement or release date.

Other notable ERSB finds include Threads of Fate (a personal favorite), Legends of Mana and,while not a Squareenix title, Arc the Lad 3. We'll keep you posted on any official announcements on these titles.
