At long last, Tales of Xillia has been officially announced for PS3!
While details are still being held pretty secret, Namco has revealed that unlike previous entries, Tales of Xillia will feature 2 main characters, one male, one female. The male protagonist is Shuto Matis, a honored medical student, while the female protagonist is Mira Maxwell, a user of elemental spirits (connection to the spirit Maxwell perhaps?) Interesting, Xillia will be graced with having 2 renowned concept artists, Kosuke Fujishima (artist of Shuto) and Mutsumi Inomata (artist of Mira). The theme song has been confirmed to be sung by oone Japan's greatest idols, Ayumi Hamasaki! Even with these few details, I am completely psyched! Now let's just hope that Namco doesn't skip this one when it comes to localization...
